Wyclef creates a video blog to discuss the accusations from the Smoking Gun that he’s pocketing money from his own charity Yele Haiti. According to the Smoking Gun, Wyclef is banking of his own charity in the following way,

…Internal Revenue Service records show the group has a lackluster history of accounting for its finances, and that the organization has paid the performer and his business partner at least $410,000 for rent, production services, and Jean’s appearance at a benefit concert.

In this video, Wyclef tries to dispel such accusations as business operating costs, but I think it’s a very shady to be paid for a benefit concert.
