I would need more time to think of a list for the 90’s, but for the 2000’s I would say:

1. 50 Cent – “In the Club”
2. Dr. Dre feat. Snoop – “Chronic 2001”
3. Jay-Z – “I Just Wanna Love U (Give It 2 Me)”
4. Lil Wayne -“Lollipop”
5. Terror Squad – “Lean Back”
6. Jim Jones – “Ballin'”
7. T.I. -He has so many mini-hits but I think “Life Your Life” needs a little more time and it will be proven one of the biggest singles of the decade.
8. Eminem – “Stan”
9. Chamilionaire – “Ridin Dirty”
10. Ludacris – “Southern Hospitality”
