Country singer Hank Williams Jr. appeared on Fox & Friends mumbling and bumbling his way through the interview, even going so far as to compare President Obama with Adolf Hitler.
Williams who is best known for his Monday Night Football theme “Are You Ready For Some Football?” was immediately banned from airing his song this evening due to his remarks according to ESPN. In a statement released just before monday night football, ESPN had this to say,
While Hank Williams Jr. is not an ESPN employee, we recognize he is closely to our company through the opening to Monday Night Football,” the company said in a statement. “We are extremely disappointed with his comments, and as a result have decided to pull the open from tonight’s telecast.
