A Canadian women is suing her drug dealer for $50,000 for selling her meth (crystal methamphetamine) which after she used put her in a coma for 11 days. Now because the drug dealer won’t give up his connect, the judge is rejecting his defense that she took the drug on her own accord.

Sandra Bergen, 23, suffered a heart attack and spent 11 days in a coma after taking crystal methamphetamine.

Ms Bergen said Clinton Davey had known the drug was highly addictive and dangerous but sold it to make money.

Mr Davey refused to name his source of the drug, prompting the Saskatchewan judge to reject his defence – that Ms Bergen had taken the drug voluntarily.

I really have no clue why, but here is the full story.

This is crazy though. I never thought the day would come where the feens are actually suing their dealers, wtf has the world come too? I thought there was an unwritten rule where if you are doing something illegal (i.e. doing meth) that you don’t bring the law into it (and the media). If you have a problem with your dealer ain’t you supposed to take to the streets? Not the courts! This is a sad day for pushers everywhere.
