Today’s the last day of the year and that means voting time for best rap album of 2009. If I we’re to decide which is the best album based on what stayed in my car the longest it would have to be Jay-Z’s The Blueprint 3, because if anything that album keeps getting better with time. I’m also currently bumping The Clipse’s Till the Casket Drops but I’m still deciding where it fits in ranking wise.
