Nick Cannon responds to Eminem’s song from Relapse entitled “Bagpipes Over Baghdad” where Em talks about a fantasy encounter with Mariah Carrey (he also calls her a “c*nt” and a “wh*re”). Here’s a snippet of what Nick Cannon said via his blog.

I’m taking full action on you Eminem. I don’t know why no one has stood up against your b*tch a*s yet. But I guess it’s going to take a corny, wack rapping, boy toy from Nickelodean to set you straight. And trust, I am going to be relentless. Even though I got a lot of other obligations and occupations, you are my new full time job “homey”!

You can read the whole thing at Nick Cannon’s blog, but it is pretty long and who wants to read a rant from Nick Cannon? Anyway, I read it (it’s a slow day) but Nick Cannon actually plays the race card against Eminem by saying his remarks we’re “worse than Don Imus”. WTF? Also Nicky goes off on a tangent affirming Mariah Carrey’s “blackness” by affirming racist thinking, he makes the calculation that Mariah is “black” because “Black Father + White Mother = BLACK”. Aside from this being incredibly wrong, what’s funny is that Mariah Carrey has been criticized in the past for playing up her racial ambiguity and not playing up her “blackness”. Me thinks Nick Cannon has some issues with her race.

Nick your tiff with Eminem is about protecting your wife’s honor, don’t bring race into this.
