Yes The Purge is getting a sequel. Oh you didn’t see it? Doesn’t matter. It did well enough to warrant a sequel because the first Purge movie only cost Universal Pictures $3 million to make and made close to $90 million at the box office. That’s a return on investment of 3000%. So it looks like Universals back to making another small bet on the sequel.
