This just in. The Lil Wayne concert taking place in Toronto at Club Circa has been cancelled. Apparently, Lil Wayne could not get clearance from Canadian immigration because of his criminal record. No word regarding ticket refunds, but you should hit up whoever sold you those $40 joints.
